Please note that natural stone products all vary from piece to piece, and the natural properties (veining, colour, shape, etc) are not considered defects.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Please send an email with images of the damage to [email protected] to initiate the return.

Natural stone requires extra caution when cleaning. Simply use a pH-neutral cleaner or mild soap and water, with a soft cloth. Avoid using anything acidic or abrasive as this can wear down the stone.
Try to act fast if anything spills on the stone to avoid staining.
